Free technical support is provided to all customers

To open a technical support ticket log in to your MyRedstation Control Panel.

Telephone Support - Redstation's customer support team is available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm on Freephone 0800 622 6655. You will need to provide your Redstation Account Number and your Support PIN Number.

Dedicated Server & Colocation Support - please call the dedicated 24 hour telephone support number you were provided with. Your 24 hour support number can be retreived via your control panel.
