Having problems with your Redstation account? We're here to help. But first, please take a look through these frequently asked questions, as your solution may well be included.

I have forgotten my account password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password, go to https://my.redstation.com and click on Forgot your Password?

This will ask you to enter the email address you provided under your account contact information. An email containing your MyRedstation login details will then be sent to you.

If you do not know, or have access to the email address on the account then you will need to go to:

http://www.redstation.com/support/email

Complete the form and return it to us in the post (we cannot accept emails/faxes - we must receive a signed copy through the post). Once our records have been updated your MyRedstation login details will be sent to you.

I do not know my account code/support pin. How do I access my account?

Your account code and password can be recovered by clicking on the 'Forgot your password' link on www.myredstation.com. Once you have these details you can log in to the customer control panel and view your support pin number.

How do I add email accounts to my hosting package?

Log in to your Redstation control panel at https://my.redstation.com. From there you can access your hosting control panel, which allows you to manage email accounts

Where can I view product details?

Log into your My Redstation control panel at https://my.redstation.com select My Products, and from there you can see your current product details, view others on offer from Redstation, and upgrade online.

Where is my FTP information/control panel information for my hosting account?

You can create this in your hosting control panel.

How do I upload content to my website?

Via FTP (see above and also our Glossary) and your hosting control panel web file manager.

How do I change the information for my domains (name servers, registered address)?

Via your Redstation control panel. If you would like to change your registered address simply make a request in a support ticket.

I cannot send mail using my dedicated server. Does Redstation block port 25?

Redstation requires all dedicated server customers to use our mail relay server. For more information please visit http://www.redstation.com/dedicated-server/mail-relay-faq

How do I transfer a domain in/out of Redstation?

You need to log in to your control panel, select Products, and then Domains. From there you can transfer your domain name.

I am not receiving any email. What's Wrong?

First log in to your account to ensure that your web hosting or domain name hasn't expired. If they are both still in date, make sure you are not receiving emails via your webmail portal. If you still have a problem then you will need to raise a support ticket and a member of our tech team will look into this and help you.
