Redstation introduces new freephone number

Redstation has introduced a new freephone number in the UK for all customers - including technical support calls.

Redstation's Customer Support Manager, David Haskett, commented, "The introduction of a freephone number for support calls as well as sales enquiries demonstrates our confidence in the reliability of our hosting products."

"Unlike many other internet service providers who actually charge their customers for calling them by using an 0870 number - Redstation believes that if a customer does have a problem, they should not have to pay for the call to resolve it."

The new freephone number is 0800 622 6655. International callers should continue to use +44 1329 828224.

Customers with 24 hour support should use the number supplied to them.
