Contract Options

Redstation's managed services are contracted for a standard 12 months. All contracts include our service level agreement and quarterly invoicing. If you prefer we can arrange a longer contract of 18, 24 or 36 months for your service and support.

Hardware, software and connectivity is provided under your contract schedule, so you don't have to wait until the end to upgrade or add new services when you require them. Redstation's upgrade policy is probably the most flexible in the industry and we are confident you will enjoy our approach to customer service.
