1. Redstation does not provide warranty of goods except under the minimum extent under law.
2. In case of cancellation or suspension for any reason the customer shall not be eligible for compensation for the free gift.
3. Gifts are supplied to UK specification and may not be compatible in other regions.
4. Redstation reserves the right to refuse to process any order at our discretion.
5. One free gift per server, maximum of three gifts per account.
6. All vouchers will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
7. The customer shall be eligible to claim on any active server once 3 months of payments have been collected.

10. If customers are outside of the UK and wish to receive their free gift the customer will be subject to a delivery and handling charge of £40 + VAT.

7. Terms and conditions of Power Boats and Yachts will also apply, a copy of which will be provided to the customer by Redstation upon commencement of contract.
8. Power Boats and Yachts will be responsible for scheduling the experience with Redstation’s customer.
9. Redstation shall provide a voucher to the customer to be redeemed by the customer with Power Boats and Yachts.
10. Power Boats and Yachts agree to take out and maintain in full force during the life of vouchers a public liability insurance policy upon terms which are sufficient to cover any liabilities to the customer.
11. Power Boat and Yachts agree that should the booking be cancelled due to bad weather it will be rescheduled. If the booking is cancelled due to no show (not turning up on the day of the booking) the customer will lose the benefit of the voucher and no refund or alternative will be offered.
12. All vouchers will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue unless cancelled under point 11.
13. Catering is not provided. The client is responsible for bringing their own food. For an additional charge catering can be provided.
14. All boats are inclusive of skipper and a full health and safety briefing.
