Redstation has an opportunity to join a friendly and progressive team for a fulltime, experienced accounts clerk with competence using Sage accounts software together with well organised administrative skills.

The Role

• Data entry, monthly ledger and bank reconciliation
• Complete month end close procedures (to trial balance)
• Produce monthly management accounts
• MIS including variance analysis against budget
• Preparation of VAT Returns
• Payroll function, prepare and submit monthly PAYE returns
• Prepare cheque runs and issue cheques to suppliers
• Contribute to development of administration systems
• Ad hoc administrative projects

The Person

• Diligent and conscientious with attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills with a teamwork approach
• Highly organised and capable of demonstrating initiative
• Preferably experienced in Sage financial accounting systems

The position of Technical Support Engineer involves providing technical support to Redstation's shared hosting and domain name clients via telephone and our online ticket system.

At least 1 years experience of the following technologies is required:

• FTP Software
• Outlook
• Outlook Express

Applicants must also have:

• An excellent telephone manner
• Good language and spelling skills
• An understanding of domains and web hosting

Full training will be provided for Redstation's internal systems.

This full time position is based at our Fareham office and is available immediately. Starting salary guide £16,000 per annum (subject to experience).
