Ticket System

To open a technical support ticket, first log in to your account and control panel. Click on the Support button, and you'll be taken to a page showing your complete support ticket history. You'll also find a New Support Ticket button. This will take you to a page where you can choose, from a drop down menu, which product you're having trouble with, and below this enter as much detail about the issue as you wish . Once you've submitted your support ticket you should receive an email within 15 minutes, confirming that we are looking into your problem.
